About the company Business Type: Trading Products: Electric's appliances (Room Air Conditioners, Refrigerators and Freezers)
- Review and provide legal advice on tender documents
- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action have been taken
- Provide legal protection and risk management advice to management especially on contract management
- Review and draft contracts, agreements and internal policies
- Going to court as a company's lower
- Go to visit client to check legal affair
- Translate legal document from Thai to English
- Workplace Area: Hua mak
- Working Hour: Mon – Fri 8.30 – 17.30
- Thai Nationality , Male only, age 30-35 years old
- Bachelor degree in law
- 3-5 years of experience as lower
- Have lawyer license
- Have experience as lawyer in a court
- Able to handle with client's claim
- Able to go to visit client upcountry
