Workplace Area: MRT Silom Working Hour: 9:00 – 18:00 (Mon – Fri) About the Benefit Salary: 100,000 – 150,000 THB negotiable Social Insurance Accidental and Health insurance OPD/IPD Bonus depends on corporate profit and individual achievement

  • Develop new customers (most of the customers are owners of building/tower/land in Bangkok)
  • Do survey on the location
  • Collect data and do marketing research and promotions
  • Prepare presentation on each project
  • Write up business plan, budget, and business feasibility
  • Liaise and make negotiation with customers
  • Visit customers in Bangkok area, normally travel by public transportations or own car
  • Overseeing sales team
  • Thai nationality, Male/female, age 35-40 years
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in business administration or other related field
  • At least 5 years working experience in Sales (Business Development is highly preferably) function
  • At least 2 years working experience in managerial level, especially candidate who is currently working as Assistant Sales Manager is preferable
  • Good command of English
  • Good PC skills in MS Office
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, and collaboration skills
  • Mature, good looking with good personality, active, and strong service-minded
  • Possessed business manner, proactive, eager to achieve high target
  • Love meeting and talking with people Working experience in service or hotel industries
  • Working experience in service or hotel industries
  • Working experience as Sales or Business Development
  • English: Advanced Conversational Level
  • Japanese: Advanced conversation level is preferable but not mandatory
