Assistant Director of Sales (Exhibition)

  • To provide service leadership for the entire Sales team
  • To operate the team in an efficient and profitable manner
  • To responsible for delivering high and profitable sales growth of all businesses in line with the company's business plans and objectives.
  • To develop, manage and lead a highly dynamic and effective sales force that is capable of aggressively grow new sales,
  • To increase customer base and exceeding sales targets consistently
  • To drive, lead, manage and motivate team to achieve sales target
  • To review target ,work with team and advise team by monthly and quarterly
  • To coaching team with daily briefing before start working
  • To prepare the annual Sales Team Budget, sales strategy and action plan for entire section and implement of highly effective sales plan to achieve the sales revenue
  • To support Director of Sales to prepare sales strategy and action plan
  • To review and develop team action plan quarterly
  • To analyze and find the new potential account to achieve sales growth
  • Building and maintaining good business relations with customers and partners
  • Building a network of business contacts that can enrich the success of the company's businesses locally and internationally
  • To prepare and submit such regular or special reports as required by Director of Sale
  • To establish rapport within Sales Department and other departments in the company
  • in order to improve office' atmosphere and positive culture
  • To pursue excellent working relationship, open communication with team, other
  • department concerned, and other concern personnel
  • To visit our competitive venues in order to build networking and share relevant
  • information to improve our products and services
  • To attend local or international events to update on the latest trend of exhibition,
  • At least Bachelor degree in any field
  • At least 8 years Experience in Sales of MICE industry
  • Team leader experience minimum 5 years
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Good business sense
  • The ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Initiative, drive and enthusiasm
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Good IT, budget and report writing skills
  • Good English skills
