The candidate will have the opportunity to provide unique business solutions, or coordinate industrial supplies and coordinate projects. The candidate will work closely with the company's principals and experienced executives and the highly-talented individuals of our team, either in projects promotion, operations, finance & administration, accounting, business development, sales & marketing, or other related businesses.

The successful candidate will be trained to be capable in managerial works for daily and management accounting including account reconciliation, preparation of monthly management and taxation reports, and liaison with external parties and will be provided with top responsibilities and the best opportunities to make a highly valuable contribution.

  • Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts
  • Prepare journal entries and general ledger operations with accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial statements
  • Continuous management and support of budget and forecast activities
  • Monitor and support taxation issues with tax computations and returns
  • Financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process
  • Analyze and advise on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments and future revenues
  • Analyze financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures, provide strategic recommendations and maintain solutions to business and financial problems
  • Meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority
  • Organize and maintain diaries and make appointments
  • Carry out background research and present findings
  • Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
  • Organize and attend meetings and ensure the executive is well-prepared for meetings
  • Liaison with clients, suppliers and other staff
  • Deputize for the executive, make decisions and delegate work to others in the executive's absence
  • Maintain office administration and systems, including data management, filing, etc.
  • A year experience in accounting or newly graduated with an excellent academic record, a degree in Accounting.
  • Resourceful, articulate, self-directed, and good analytical, presentation with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and computer literate in, at minimum, Windows, MS Word and Excel.
