Job Description:

Analyze the needs of the user and design solutions to meet those needs within the SAP MM system

Provide support to users and troubleshoot any issues with the SAP MM system

Perform configuration and testing activities within the SAP MM module

Recommend system enhancements and upgrades for improved functionality

Document all SAP MM procedures and systems as a reference for future troubleshooting and updates

Work closely with developers and other analysts to ensure integration with other SAP modules

Provide user training and support documentation for the SAP MM module

Stay informed about the latest updates and changes in the SAP system to ensure the organization's processes are current and effective

Participate in the implementation of new projects and enhancements related to the SAP MM system

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.

At least 1-2 years of experience in implementing or supporting SAP MM

Knowledge and experience in Configuration, RICEF, Debugging ABAP programming.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal and user support management skills.

Proficient in English communication skills.
