หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- ตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัย พนักงานรักษาความสะอาด และผู้รับเหมาภายนอกที่เข้ามาติดต่ออาคารชุด
- ตรวจสอบพื้นที่โดยรอบอาคาร ให้เป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย มีความปลอดภัยและสวยงามอยู่เสมอ
- ตรวจสอบห้องชุดที่ผู้รับเหมาเข้าตกแต่งโดยกำกับดูแลไม่ให้ก่อความเดือดร้อนกับผู้พักอาศัยรายอื่น
- ประสานงานผู้รับเหมางานเข้าแก้ไขงานต่างๆ ในพื้นที่ส่วนกลางและในห้องชุด
- รับเรื่องร้องเรียนต่างๆ จากเจ้าของร่วม พร้อมหาแนวทางในการแก้ไขปัญหา ประสานงานเจ้าหน้าที่ธุรการในการดูแลคัดแยก จดหมาย พัสดุไปรษณีย์
- ดูแลความเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อยภายในอาคาร
- จัดทำรายงานประจำวัน/สัปดาห์/เดือน
- เข้าร่วมประชุมคณะกรรมการเพื่อชี้แจงรายละเอียดต่างๆ ตามวาระการประชุมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานที่ดูแล
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัครงาน
- อายุ 25-40 ปี
- วุฒิ ป.ตรี ขึ้นไป ทุกสาขา
- มีประสบการณ์ดูแลอาคารหรือมีประสบการ์ในสายงานนิติบุคคลอาคารชุดอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ ยินดีรับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเบื้องต้นใน พรบ.อาคารชุด
- มีใจรักงานบริการ สามารถปฏิบัติงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
- สามารถปฏิบัติงาน 6 วัน/สัปดาห์ได้
