Responsibilities:

• Business Growth & Strategy: Analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify new markets, customer segments, and sustainable growth opportunities aligned with business objectives.

• Lead Generation & Sales: Generate, qualify, and convert leads into long-term business. Drive the full sales cycle including solution presentation, proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure to achieve sales targets.

• Key Account Management & Customer Development: Manage and develop relationships with customers.

Proactively identify customer needs, business directions, and investment plans to create new sales opportunities and long-term partnerships.

Act as a trusted advisor by providing value-added solutions, technical consultation, and tailored HVAC offerings that align with customers' business strategies.

• Customer Experience & Retention: Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service, strong technical support, and timely follow-ups. Strengthen customer loyalty and maximize lifetime value through continuous engagement and relationship building.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, product, engineering, and service teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Share customer insights and market feedback to support product development and service improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineer or a related field.

• 4–10 years of experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, or Business Development.

• Prior experience or knowledge in the HVAC industry would be an advantage.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and develop sales opportunities.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Fluent in English communication (TOEIC score at least 600).

Working Day/Time: Monday - Friday / 08.00 – 17.00
