Job Purpose :

To manage and procure goods and services for business and ensure compliance with procurement policy and guidelines.

To obtain the optimal balance between price, quality and service while maintaining responsibility to the economy, society and environment

Key Responsibility :

1. To develop and deliver sourcing strategy for goods and services per Group Category, drive cost saving/cost avoidance

2. To initiate process improvement and controlling, develop Work Instruction for Group Category operations guideline

3. To lead supplier management of Group Category in order to continuous improvement in costs, qualities, services and innovation

4. To manage and drive multi projects, utilize data analysis for business opportunity

5. To motivate, develop and coaching team for skill improvement

6. To prepare group category budgeting and resource planning

7. Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain management, Engineering, Business Administration, Science, Packaging, Chemical and other related job function.
• 5 years' experience in procurement management on the Category of home, personal care and healthcare products.
• Prosses Project management skill, Negotiation skill, Problem solving skill, People management.
• Good command in English and Ms. Office.
