Service Center Manager - Internal Support

Key Responsibility
- Responsible on Service awareness projects by gathering service data and produce reports, documents, processes, and activities to promote customer focus and improve service standards and create a warm and friendly atmosphere for HO team and stores.
- Work as operation call center to accept phone call from stores regarding opened issue logs
- Call stores to ensure issue logs completely solved and closed
- Record received call details and summarize call report on a daily basis
- Work as service desk operator to review quality of issue log closure note
- Able to give advice to HO responsible team on quality of log closure note
- Continuous improve quality of log answered by responsible team
- Perform other tasks assigned by Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in related field.
- Have experience 5 years in store operation improvement / Call Center / SRD / Supply Chain / Commercial
- Communication skills
- Presentation skills
- Good service mind
- MS office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- StoreLine system / RPM / RMS / RMR
