Key Responsibility:

Provide DC operation performance report and presentation to management as requires

• จัดเตรียมรายงานการดำเนินงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ DC Operation Performance และนำเสนอต่อผู้บริหารดีซีตามที่จำเป็น เพื่อรายงานประสิทธิภาพการทำงานที่กำลังดำเนินการอยู่ เช่น รวบรวม DC Daily KPI report หรือ dashboard

Operational data analysis to find insight for performance and net DC cost improvement

• ศึกษา และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อ พัฒนา รวบรวม และสนับสนุนการจัดทำรายงานที่จำเป็นต่อการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหาร เช่น Inventory report (Aging report , Day on hand report) และ Transportation report (Case per load, KM per load และ truck standby เป็นต้น)

Work with operation on effective manpower planning and productivity improvement (Manpower modeling)

• ประสานงานร่วมกับ Operation เพื่อคำนวณเรื่องกำลังพลที่เหมาะสม (Manpower modeling)

Resolve operation issue by investigating problem; develop solution related to DC operation

• แก้ไขปัญหาการดำเนินงานของ DC ที่เกิดขึ้น โดยการตรวจสอบปัญหาและออกแบบทางเลือกที่เหมาะสมกับปัญหา และเหมาะสมกับการปฏิบัติงานของ DC Operation ยกตัวอย่างเช่น Productivity Improvement, Transportation หรือ Optimization Location (Opti-slot Program)

Action plan and tracking for improvement DC Operation performance

• ติดตาม และวิเคราะห์เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการแก้ปัญหา และเสนอแนวทางที่เหมาะสมให้กับผู้บริหาร เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายที่กำหนด ภายในระยะเวลาที่เหมาะสม

Helping the management and other teams draw business goals and needs (DC Roadmap tracking)

• มีส่วนช่วยในแผนงาน DC Roadmap เพื่อติดตามสถานะของการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เกิดขึ้น ให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายและระยะเวลาที่กำหนด

Collaborate for New business project

• มีส่วนรับผิดชอบในการทำงานร่วมกับ DC operation อย่างใกล้ชิด สำหรับ Business Project ทั้งในส่วนของ Warehouse และ Transport เพื่อให้ดำเนินการได้ตามประสิทธิภาพ

Finding innovation and new technology to improve DC operation performance

• มองหาแนวคิดใหม่ๆเพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานของ DC ผ่านการจัดการที่มีประสิทธิภาพด้วยการนำเทคโนโลยีที่มีมาตรฐานมาปรับปรุงขั้นตอนการทำงานให้ดีขึ้น ยกตัวอย่างเช่น (Pick to light system, Robotic, Warehouse automation and solution) เป็นต้น

Closely co-ordinate with central supply chain, central DC department in regards of volume forecasting, in and out activity, aging inventory and promotions by routine and seasonal

• ประสานงานในการทำงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับ ซัพพลายเชนส่วนกลาง และซัพพอร์ทดีซี ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเรื่องของ ปริมาณงานต่อวัน ทั้ง Good in / Good Out และรวมถึงสินค้าใกล้หมดอายุ สินค้าควบคุม และการจัดส่งสินค้า Promotion ให้สาขา

Support DC operation and drive operation running well

• ประสานงาน และช่วยเหลือทีม DC Operation ให้สามารถปฏิบัติงานได้ดียิ่งขึ้น

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Logistics and related field
• Good communication, collaboration skills and teamwork.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and project management skills
