We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer Intern to join our Marketing team at Bromsgrove International School Thailand (BIST), an international school with a diverse community of students, families, and staff.

The Graphic Designer Intern will work closely with Senior Graphic Designer to support the creation of high-quality visual materials for school marketing, recruitment, communications, and events, helping to ensure that the school's visual identity is presented consistently across both digital and offline platforms.

This is a hands-on opportunity for a design student or aspiring graphic designer to build practical experience working on real marketing projects within an international school environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing & Recruitment Materials
  • Design creative and engaging marketing materials to support student recruitment and admissions activities.
  • Create digital artwork for online marketing campaigns, social media, websites, email communications, and online advertising.
  • Design offline marketing materials including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, signage, invitations, and promotional materials.
  • Adapt designs for different formats, platforms, and audiences while maintaining consistency with the school's brand identity.
  • Support the Marketing team in developing creative concepts for recruitment campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Prepare final artwork according to specifications for digital publication and professional printing.
  • School Branding & Communications
  • Design and format branded school documents, forms, certificates, and other communication materials.
  • Help maintain consistency in the school's visual identity across different departments and communication channels.
  • Develop or adapt graphic assets, icons, illustrations, infographics, and other visual elements as required.
  • Assist in maintaining and organising the school's digital design asset library.
  • Ensure all artwork follows established brand guidelines, including appropriate use of logos, typography, imagery, colours, and layouts.
  • School Events & Artwork
  • Create artwork and visual materials to support internal school events and marketing/recruitment events.
  • Design event posters, banners, backdrops, event programmes, certificates and other event materials.
  • Work with the Marketing team to develop visual concepts that reflect the theme and objectives of different school events.
  • Help prepare artwork for production, printing, installation, and digital display.
  • Digital Content & Social Media Support
  • Create visual content for the school's social media channels in collaboration with Marketing Manager.
  • Develop graphics for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant digital platforms.
  • Resize and adapt existing artwork for different social media formats and campaigns.
  • Support the creation of social media templates and recurring visual content formats.


Requirement of the role:

  • A current student or recent graduate in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
  • A strong interest in graphic design, branding, marketing, and visual communications.
  • Good understanding of design principles, typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, or similar tools.
  • Ability to create designs for both digital and print applications.
  • Good attention to detail and strong sense of visual aesthetics.
  • Able to take direction, receive feedback, and revise designs effectively.
  • Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural and collaborative environment.
  • Basic knowledge of motion graphics, animation, or video editing are an advantage..
  • Knowledge of print production, file preparation, and different printing formats.
  • Experience using Canva Pro, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar creative tools is a plus.
