Join the dynamic team at Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited (AIS) as a Digital Lending Operations Specialist in the Digital Banking. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of digital lending operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency from loan disbursement to repayment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and manage digital loan disbursement, repayment tracking, account maintenance, and settlement processes.
• Monitor loan transactions and exceptions, and conduct reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Support automation of lending operations, including rule setup, exception handling, and delinquency workflows.
• Collaborate with Credit Risk, Finance, and Tech teams to optimize loan servicing processes and improve customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, lending policies, and internal controls.
• Handle second-tier escalated cases within SLA timelines, including payment disputes, account issues, and delinquency inquiries.
• Assist in developing operational workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for scalable lending operations.
• Provide insights and feedback to improve system performance and minimize operational risks.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in loan operations, digital lending, or loan servicing within banking or fintech.
• Familiarity with digital credit products, loan structures, repayment schemes, and delinquency processes.
• Experience working with loan management systems (LMS), core banking platforms, or API-based loan orchestration systems.
• Strong attention to detail, process mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to consumer lending is a plus.
