Maintenance ManagerJob Responsibilities

• Plan, control, and manage maintenance activities for electrical systems and machinery to ensure high efficiency and reliability.

• Establish and execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) programs.

• Manage emergency repairs to minimize machine downtime and production interruptions.

• Supervise high voltage and low voltage systems, including MCC, MDB, Substation, and Generator operations.

• Oversee automation and control systems such as PLC, Inverter, Servo Drive, HMI, SCADA, as well as Sensors and Instruments.

• Prepare budgets and control maintenance expenses, spare parts, and related equipment within approved limits.

• Lead, develop, and coach engineers and electricians to enhance technical skills, safety awareness, and overall performance.

• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Safety departments to ensure continuous production operations.

• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for electrical failures and implement sustainable improvement plans.

• Monitor and manage energy consumption of machines and equipment to improve energy efficiency and cost savings.

• Ensure compliance with international standards and quality systems such as ISO 9001, BRC, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (Power, Control, Mechatronics, or related fields).

• Experience: Minimum 7–10 years of maintenance experience in electrical systems and industrial machinery, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

• Technical Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of high voltage systems, transformers, grounding systems, short-circuit protection, and lightning protection.

• Proficient in automation and control systems (PLC, Inverter, Servo Drive, SCADA, Sensors, Automation Systems).

• Solid understanding of electrical safety standards, including Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) and Arc Flash protection.

• Skilled in people management, strategic planning, and analytical problem-solving.

• Proficiency in maintenance management software (SAP, Maximo, CMMS) and standard computer applications (Microsoft Office, Google Sheets).

• Knowledge in renewable energy, energy-saving practices, Solar Rooftop systems, and Power Monitoring Systems (PMS).

• Strong leadership, able to perform well under pressure, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
