What You Will Do

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.

• Support the end-to-end innovation process, from idea exploration to solution testing.

• Build low- and high-fidelity prototypes using no-code tools (e.g., Figma, Webflow, Bubble) or simple code.

• Help design and run creative experiments with users from our 2M+ community.

• Participate in user research and interviews to gather deep insights with empathy.

• Synthesize findings into actionable insights that guide next steps.

• Contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions and collaborate with the team.

Who We Are Looking For

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Design, Engineering, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience building prototypes with code or no-code tools (Figma, Miro, Bubble, Webflow, Glide, HTML/CSS, etc.). Portfolio or project examples are a plus.

• Strong interest in market research, product design, and social impact.

• Excellent communication, listening, and collaboration skills.

• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Passion for financial inclusion and technology for good.
