Job Summary:

• As a Project Management at Delta Electronics, your main role is to ensure the successful execution of projects from start to finish. You will collaborate with the R&D team and overseas customers to maintain project schedules, identify risks, and communicate effectively with cross-functional partners such as the qualification team, material purchasing, and manufacturing to keep everyone updated on progress and deadlines. This role will specifically focus on projects within the CDBU (Custom Design Business Unit) and we are looking for Project management manager for APEBU (Automotive and Power Electronics Business Unit) for server/AI and automotive applications.

Major responsibility:

• Manage the cross-functional projects with aggressive agenda

• Contribute directly as project team coordinator to ensure milestone and successful execution of product development

• Collaborate with R&D team, oversee customers, cross function partners in the company

• Identify project risk to the team

• Generate presentation for project status updates

• Manage project budget

Qualifications:

• Bachelor/Master Degree in relate field.

• Experienced in automotive industry is a plus.

• Fluent in Chinese is a plus.

• Expatriates are welcome but have to had experiences related to the requirements (At least 5+years of experience).
