ตำแหน่ง PD/IE - Production Supervisor / Industrial Engineer

Job Description:

Executes of product's testing requirements and perform a day-to-day test engineering support for both NPI and MP lines to achieve production output requirement.

Your main role is to:

• Production line management. Arrange production activities according to production plan.

• Management of raw material and finish good.

• Management and application of fixtures and tools.

• Check and Audit for the quality of first piece.

• Shop floor control, audit and supervision.

• Transferring and tracking for the mass production of new product.

• Exploring, reflecting and taking action for production issue.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Production control industry (with supervisory function for some business groups)

• Strong inter-personal skill and leadership

• Good command of both spoken and written English. (Chinese is plus)

• Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.

ตำแหน่ง TE/PE - Test Engineer/ Product Engineer

Your main role is to:

• Plan and execute tester setup projects for efficient testing.

• Coordinate with production and design teams to address test-related issues.

• Review and address tester downtime, ensuring productivity.

• Review documentation for accuracy and compliance.

• Generate test programs, design fixtures, and validate equipment.

• Monitor preventive maintenance for optimal setup performance.

• Conduct training for Test Technicians and operators to enhance proficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related field.

• Experience in designing test setups based on Product Specifications and schematic diagrams.

• Experience in repairs and maintenance of electronic equipment is advantageous.

• Proficient in computer skills.

• Ability to supervise technical personnel effectively.

• Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.

• Knowledge of programming and equipment controls via GPIB/HPIB interface card.

• Knowledge of visual basic programming or other object-oriented programming languages such as C++, C#, VB6, or Python.

ตำแหน่ง ME/AE - Mechanical/Maintenance/Automation Engineer

We are looking for a Mechanical engineer who will be a part of our teams and help us advance mechanical products as following detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for equipment including machines, jigs and tooling to ensure stable and continuous operation.

• Perform regular preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machines, tooling and related equipment.

• Improve machine performance, reliability, and cycle time through root cause analysis and system optimization.

• Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, failures, or areas for improvement.

• Create and maintain machine status reports, including daily/weekly breakdown summaries, downtime analysis, and improvement action tracking.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, industrial engineer) to resolve issues and implement improvements.

• Support machine installation, commissioning, and modifications as needed.

• Assist in audit preparations and respond to corrective actions (IATF16949, ISO9001).

• Be available for night shift work and provide on-site support during critical production periods.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Automation Engineer, Electrical Engineer and related field

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing, quality tools, and root cause analysis.

• 0–3 years of experience in manufacturing (automotive experience preferred).

• Able to work night shifts as required.

• Able to work weekend if needed (overtime).

• Good command in English

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

ตำแหน่ง FAE - Failure Analysis Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and troubleshoot defective products returned by customers.

• Repair power supplies, control boards, electronic modules, and PCB components (Through-Hole and SMD).

• Perform component-level diagnosis and repair of electronic equipment and circuit boards.

• Set up and use testing equipment and fixtures for repair and failure analysis activities.

• Test repaired products to ensure proper functionality and compliance with quality standards.

• Identify root causes and support corrective and preventive actions to reduce repeat failures.

• Maintain and ensure proper use of repair and testing equipment.

• Prepare failure analysis reports, KPI reports, and maintain repair records.

• Work closely with internal teams and support customer-related technical investigations when required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields.

• 0–3 years of experience in electronic engineering, troubleshooting, debugging, or failure analysis. (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)

• Knowledge of electronic circuits and component-level analysis.

• Familiarity with repair and testing equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and soldering tools.

• Good in English communication skill.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

ตำแหน่ง PMM/Factory Sales

Key Responsibilities

Report to factory including sales activity, new project status, customer roadmap, business share, and competitor information.

• Customer order management, resolve and overcome order fulfillment issues with cross function department.

• Achieve customer satisfaction and solve problems independently.

• Take ownership to handle and solve customer concerns.

• Responsible for the team's overall sales performance.

• Review target and actual sales amount for all in-charge accounts.

• Supervise and guide team members to develop the potential of subordinates.

• Lead the customer visits

• Independently handle accounts in full aspects to reach targets.

Qualification

• 0–3 years of experience in sales and marketing in electronics or related business field (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply).

• Fluent in English both written and spoken (Chinese is an advantage)

• Good personality with strong communication and coordination skills with customers and factory.

• Familiar with ERP system and SAP would be advantage. Basic knowledge of ISO systems.

• Computer Skill: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word

• Working independently with capability of evaluating issue for decision making and problem solving.
