รายละเอียดงาน
- บริหารและควบคุมทีมช่างซ่อมบำรุงไฟฟ้า พร้อมวางแผนและมอบหมายงาน
- ดูแลระบบไฟฟ้าและอุปกรณ์ภายในอาคารให้อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งาน
- วางแผนงาน Preventive Maintenance (PM) และงานซ่อมบำรุงประจำวัน
- ตรวจสอบและแก้ไขปัญหาระบบไฟฟ้า รวมถึงประสานงานผู้รับเหมา
- ควบคุมงานซ่อมบำรุงให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัย
- จัดทำรายงานการซ่อมบำรุง และติดตามค่าใช้จ่ายให้อยู่ภายใต้งบประมาณ
คุณสมบัติ
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. / ปริญญาตรี สาขาไฟฟ้า วิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน งานซ่อมบำรุงระบบไฟฟ้า น้ำปะปา แอร์ชิลเลอร์และอาคาร
- มีประสบการณ์บริหารหรือควบคุมทีมช่าง
- มีความรู้ด้านระบบไฟฟ้าอาคาร และงาน Preventive Maintenance
- มีภาวะผู้นำ แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี และมีความรับผิดชอบ
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะ และทำงาน 6 วัน/สัปดาห์ได้
