About the role

Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, the Finance Analyst will work together with the Thailand Finance Team and Asia Shared Service Centre (SSC) to support the Thailand business by managing the day-to-day finance operations, delivering insightful, timely analysis and other financial planning needs.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for submission of timely, accurate and commercially focused Budget, Forecast and 3 Year Planning for Thailand, in line with agreed templates and timetables

• Identify and promptly report risks and opportunities for the business by monitoring sales pacing and cost spending closely

• Update commentary highlights concisely, anticipating potential questions and addressing them in advance with supporting analysis as appropriate

• Provide Business Partner support to event team

• Monthly P&L actual review and working with SSC for month end, including ensuring revenue and costs are recorded correctly, intercompany billings are performed, accruals are made in accordance with Group guidelines and timely release of accruals

• Build reports for review and analysis purposes

• Liaise with the auditors

• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making, identify trends, and evaluate financial performance

• Responsible for the Intercompany recharge and ensure all agreements are in place

• Ad hoc queries and requests from stakeholders (Group/Division, Management, Business Partners etc)

About you

• Relevant accounting or finance degree is a prerequisite

• Familiarity with local statutory and tax regulations is mandatory

• Prior FP&A / business partnering experience in an MNC environment is preferred with at least 3-5 years of experience

• Well-versed in financial regulations

• Working knowledge of Oracle, SAP

• Self-motivated, dynamic, and able to work independently
