• Responsible for delivering Ordinary Life sales growth through the broker channel and expanding the company's distribution reach by acquiring high-potential broker partners.

• Defines and executes the broker sales and partner acquisition strategy, owns the channel business plan and sales KPIs, and maximizes productivity.

• Identifies priority broker segments, develops compelling partnership propositions.

• Leads commercial discussions and onboarding and activates new and existing brokers through joint business plans, campaigns, capability building, and disciplined performance management.

• Working closely with broker owners and sales leaders and internal Parties
