Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Sales Engineer to drive sales growth for our HVAC solutions. This role involves developing new business opportunities, providing technical consultation, preparing quotations, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new customers while maintaining existing accounts. Promote HVAC products and solutions to meet customer requirements. Provide technical consultation and recommend suitable system solutions. Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and sales proposals. Deliver product presentations and explain technical concepts clearly. Coordinate with Engineering, Service, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Follow up on projects and provide excellent after-sales support. Build long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Experience in Sales Engineering, HVAC, MEP, or related industries. Knowledge of HVAC systems and estimation/quotation preparation. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Good problem-solving and customer service mindset. Able to communicate in English with international customers.
