Category Operations Associate

Bangkok, Thailand (Full-time)

• Identify, contact, and coordinate with KOLs for CMI campaigns across all product categories.
• Build and maintain a database of KOL contacts and profiles.
• Negotiate terms and manage KOL partnerships.
• Process payments and handle all financial transactions with KOLs.
• Monitor and report on KOL campaign performance.

• Source and recruit affiliates to participate in the affiliate marketing program.
• Manage affiliate relationships to drive sales growth.
• Coordinate affiliate onboarding and provide necessary support.
• Handle affiliate payment processing and commission settlements.
• Track and analyze affiliate performance metrics.

• Support campaign management activities across CMI initiatives, including planning, coordination, and execution support.
• Collaborate with marketing, category, and cross-functional teams on campaign-related operations and timelines.
• Assist in managing campaign assets, deliverables, and documentation.
• Support post-campaign tracking, reporting, and performance summaries.
• Participate in campaign discussions by contributing operational insights, creative ideas, and execution considerations.
• Assist with ad-hoc campaign-related requests as needed.

• Support the setup and execution of booth activations at condominiums and corporate offices.
• Prepare and manage equipment and materials for offline events.
• Coordinate logistics and venue arrangements.
• Ensure smooth on-site operations during events.

• Update and maintain product information, including product badges for new items.
• Manage product listings across relevant categories.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the CMI team as needed.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, influencer/KOL marketing, or related roles.
• Experience working with KOLs/influencers is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Fluency in Thai; English proficiency is preferred.
