Job Posting Title IT Application Support Job Description General IT support ex; Investigating, diagnosing and troubleshoot software issues, participate in research and system application needs to visualize any problems for users, provide assistance to customers or clients regarding the using of various software applications etc. Contact, collaboration and report with headquarter about IT works, also participate in business wide meeting to provide insight into technical requirements. Design & conduct system testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
