วัตถุประสงค์ของตำแหน่งงาน
รับผิดชอบการบริการอาหารในส่วนของสลัดบาร์ในร้านอาหาร Sizzler ตามข้อกำหนดและนโยบายของบริษัทฯ โดยเฉพาะวิธีการดำเนินงานด้านการปฏิบัติการ (Operations Standard) เพื่อให้การปฏิบัติงานสำเร็จตามวัตถุประสงค์ และสร้างความพึงพอใจให้ลูกค้า 100%
ความรับผิดชอบหลัก
รับผิดชอบดูแลการทำ ผักสด ผลไม้ ซุป สลัดมิกซ์ น้ำสลัด ของหวาน และคุณภาพของอาหารให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน
- รับผิดชอบการจัดวางตามแผนผังของ Food Bar และการนำออกเสิร์ฟให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน ถูกสุขลักษณะ และมีให้บริการลูกค้าตลอดเวลา
- รับผิดชอบการแต่งกาย, ความสะอาดและความประพฤติให้เป็นไปตามตามกฎระเบียบของบริษัทฯ
- รับผิดชอบตรวจสอบคุณภาพของผักสด,ผลไม้,ซุปและน้ำสลัดให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของซิซซ์เล่อร์
- ช่วยสร้างบรรยากาศในการทำงาน
- ยึดมั่น และถือปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยของบริษัทตลอดเวลา
ความรับผิดชอบอื่น
- รักษาความสะอาด และสุขอนามัย ภายในร้าน
- ยึดมั่น และถือปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยของบริษัทตลอดเวลา
- ช่วยสร้างบรรยากาศในการทำงาน
- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้า
คุณสมบัติของผู้ปฏิบัติงาน
- มัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ม.3
- ไม่จำเป็นต้องมีประสบการณ์
- มีความรับผิดชอบและมีความซื่อสัตย์
- มีความสามารถในการสื่อสาร
