Key Responsibilities
Manage daily housekeeping operations.
- Coordinate, schedule and supervise Housekeeping team members.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house areas.
- Ensure cleanliness and service standards meet Anantara brand standards.
- Manage housekeeping supplies, equipment and inventory.
- Train, coach and develop Housekeeping team members.
- Handle guest requests, complaints and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, F&B and other departments.
- Monitor adherence to SOP, hygiene, health & safety and HACCP requirements.
- Support manpower planning, productivity and cost control.
- Act on behalf of the Executive Housekeeper when required.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years' experience in Housekeeping, with supervisory/leadership experience.
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel/resort is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Housekeeping operations, SOPs and quality standards.
- Good knowledge of hygiene and safety standards.
- Good command in English communication skills.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for training, coaching and developing team members.
- Able to work flexible shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality / Hotel Management or related field.
- Experience in a large luxury hotel/resort.
- Knowledge of Opera / PMS and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in inventory control, scheduling and departmental cost control.
