Position Summary
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Accounting, Tax & Treasury Manager to lead all tax, treasury, and financial compliance functions across Thailand, Laos, Myanmar, and Cambodia. This role is responsible for ensuring full tax compliance, mitigating financial risks, optimizing treasury functions, and supporting accounting operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate tax, treasury management, and financial governance, with the ability to navigate both local and international tax regulations. The role requires a balance of operational expertise and strategic planning to drive financial efficiencies while ensuring compliance.
This position reports to the Head of the Management Support Team and works closely with the CFO to provide critical insights and recommendations on tax and treasury matters.
Role and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Tax Compliance & Strategy
  • Lead and ensure full compliance with Thai and Indo-China (IDC) tax regulations, including CIT (under BOI tax incentives), PIT, Withholding Tax, VAT, SBT, Property Tax, Signboard Tax, Capital Gains Tax, Transfer Pricing (TP & APA).
  • Manage tax audits and act as the primary liaison with revenue departments and external auditors across Thailand and IDC.
  • Oversee and ensure accurate preparation of domestic and international tax filings, advising on tax-efficient structures and compliance strategies.
  • Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize risks, optimize tax efficiencies, and reduce potential tax exposure.
  • Proactively monitor changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring timely implementation of necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborate with HQ, RHQ, and external tax consultants to align local tax strategies with the company’s global tax framework.
Treasury & Payment Management
  • Oversee treasury functions for Thailand and IDC to ensure alignment with HQ and RHQ financial policies.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and time deposits, ensuring liquidity optimization and interest maximization.
  • Monitor FX hedging strategies to mitigate foreign exchange risks.
  • Ensure efficient management of all payment processes across Thailand and IDC, maintaining compliance with financial controls and corporate policies.
Financial Accounting & Compliance
  • Supervise General Ledger (GL), financial closing, and financial statement preparation for Thailand and IDC.
  • Act as the key liaison for internal and external audits (e.g., Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG) on financial and tax-related matters.
  • Support IFRS reporting, financial forecasting, and corporate financial planning, ensuring compliance with international financial reporting standards.
  • Strengthen internal tax and accounting controls, ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Provide strategic guidance to local finance teams, fostering a high-performance culture and driving process improvements.
  • Work closely with the CFO and key stakeholders to support business decision-making through accurate tax and treasury insights.
  • Conduct tax and financial compliance training to enhance corporate awareness and risk management.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in corporate tax, treasury, and financial compliance, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai tax regulations, international tax frameworks, and transfer pricing strategies.
  • Experience in treasury operations, cash flow management, and FX risk mitigation.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex tax environments in multiple markets and provide strategic financial guidance.
  • Fluent in English; additional Korean or regional language skills are a plus.
