What you´ll do
- Working with internal and exteranl stakeholders and responsible for product recommendations, customized products applications, new product demonstrations as well as troubleshooting for customer
- Recommends solutions and performs technical visits (meetings, audits, demonstrations, troubleshooting, etc.) for customers with documentation
- Reports quality issues / customers claims to relevant parts of the organization
- Works with application equipment to provide solutions to enhance customer adhesive related processes
- Provide onsite technical support for customers when needed
- Teamwork with internal teams to support customer enquiries
- Design test, prepare samples, run tests in the lab and report the results
- Conduct products application / technical training of field sales forces and customers.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering, Chemical or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of working experience in Semiconductor relative industries
- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
- Good analytical, presentation, communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to comprehend, analyse and interpret material characteristics.
