Key Responsibilities:
รับคำสั่งซื้อและจัดการคำสั่งซื้อของลูกค้า พร้อมติดตามงาน ผ่านระบบต่าง ๆ ของบริษัท เช่น SAP, Order tracking, Call center จัดการข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้าในระบบ CRM และการดำเนินการในสินค้าให้เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขลูกค้า ที่ Q-Care ติดตามประสานงานกับโรงงาน จนสินค้าส่งถึงลูกค้า
Qualifications
สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับ ปวส. สาขาการตลาด บัญชีพาณิชย์ และสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง GPA 2.50 ขึ้นไป มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร และการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีใจรักการบริการ มีความรอบคอบและ ทัศนคติที่ดี มีความสามารถในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ และความรู้พื้นฐานด้านภาษาอังกฤษ
