Business Development High Rise Specialist
atSC Asset Corporation PCL- วิเคราะห์การจัดหาที่ดินที่มีศักยภาพในการพัฒนาโครงการแนวสูง เพื่อพักอาศัย หรือ โรงแรม หรือ สถานที่พักตากอากาศ
- วางผังอาคารเบื้องต้น กำหนด Segment แปลงตามรูปแบบความเหมาะสม และ ตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมของรูปร่างที่ดิน
- วางแผนการก่อสร้างให้ได้ตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
- คำนวณผลตอบแทนการลงทุน การตั้งราคาขายที่เหมาะสม
- เจรจาต่อรองราคาและดำเนินการซื้อที่ดิน
- จัดทำแผนงบประมาณการจัดซื้อที่ดิน
คุณสมบัติ
- วุฒิ ปริญญาตรี / โท สาขา สถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์
- ประสบการณ์ 5 ปีขึ้นไป * เคยผ่านงานอสังหาฯ อาคารสูง
- มีความรู้และความเข้าใจในข้อกฎหมายที่ดินและกฎหมายอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
