After-Sales Service Officer (Chinese & English Speaking)

We are looking for an After-Sales Service Officer to join our team! In this role, you will be the vital link between our clients (buyers/tenants), owners, and internal teams. Your main goal is to ensure a smooth transition after a property sale or lease, provide exceptional customer care, and help maintain long-term relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
* Document & Coordination: Handle post-sales/rental documents including contracts, ownership transfers, receipts, and client profiles.
* Handover & Check-in: Schedule and coordinate property handovers, inspect room conditions, check furniture/assets, and deliver keys to clients.
* Maintenance Support: Act as the main contact point for maintenance issues (e.g., AC repairs, leaks, electrical issues) by coordinating between owners, tenants, technicians, and project management.
* Utility Setup: Assist clients with setting up basic utilities, including water, electricity, and internet services.
* Customer Relations: Conduct follow-up calls or messages after move-in to ensure customer satisfaction and handle any issues. Assist with lease renewals, re-rentals, or re-sales.
* Services: Manage required immigration paperwork for foreign tenants, specifically TM30 filings.
* Data & Systems:Update rental/sales records, track tenant statuses, and securely organize all documents in the system.
* Content Creation:Collaborate with the Marketing team by creating content that highlights our after-sales services.
* Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Maintenance, Property Management, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Events & Sales Support: Participate in major company PR events to provide service information, and assist the sales team in presenting company products/projects to clients when needed.
Qualifications
* Education: Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, Communication Arts, or a related field.
* Experience: 1â2 years of working experience (experience in real estate or customer service is a plus).
* Language Skills: Fluent in Thai and English. Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is highly preferred.
* Flexibility: Able to work on weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
* Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and content creation tools (Canva, CapCut).
* Personality: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong service mind, highly responsible, and patient.
