What the Role Entails

• Manage official community channels, including social media platforms, discord, and community groups.

• Plan and execute community engagement activities such as online events, contests, and campaigns.

• Actively engage with players, respond to inquiries, and foster a positive and inclusive community environment.

• Monitor community sentiment and gather player feedback, sharing insights with internal stakeholders.

• Support marketing, PR, and influencer initiatives by amplifying announcements and campaigns within the community.

• Manage KOC incubation programs, identify and onboard emerging creators and community members on multiple social media platforms.

• Build and lead content moderator teams to enforce community guidelines to ensure safe and respectful interactions.

• Host community surveys and market user research to support cross-functional team campaigns and align with user preferences and relevance.

Who We Look For

• At least 3 years of experience in community management, social media, or related roles.

• Strong understanding of gaming communities and player behavior in Thailand.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English.

• Experience managing social media platforms and community tools.

• Passion for mobile and PC gaming, with live-service experience preferred.
