• ปฎิบัติงานยัง บริษัท Infinitas by Krungthai.
• เป็นศูนย์กลางในการสนับสนุนและควบคุมคุณภาพของการพัฒนาระบบและแพลตฟอร์มต่างๆ ของบริษัท โดยมีหน้าที่หลักในการทดสอบระบบ และตรวจสอบว่าแพลตฟอร์มต่างๆ มีคุณภาพ และสามารถนำขึ้นใช้งานได้จริง.
• ทำงานร่วมกับ Project Manager, Product Owner และทีมพัฒนาระบบ เพื่อจัดทำแผนการทดสอบให้สอดคล้องกับแผนงานที่วางไว้.
• บริหารจัดการ Resource ของทีมในการทดสอบ Platform ต่างๆ ความสำคัญและกลยุทธ์ของบริษัท.
• ทำงานร่วมกับ Business Analyst ในการศึกษาและทำความเข้าใจ Business Requirement & Functional Requirement หรือ Application Story และนำ Business Use Cases และ Acceptance Criteria มาจัดทำแผน (Test Planning / Test Script / Test Scenarios).
• ประสานงานกับทีมพัฒนาระบบ เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมในการทดสอบระบบ System Integration Test (SIT) และ ประสานงานกับผู้ใช้งาน (Business User) ในการวางแผนและดำเนินการทำ User Acceptance Test (UAT).
• ประสานงานรวบรวมผลการทดสอบ / ติดตามสถานะการ Fix Bug และประสานงานเพื่อ Re-Test พร้อมทั้งสรุปรายงานผลการทดสอบและข้อผิดพลาดของระบบ (Bugs & Issues Report) เพื่อดำเนินการแก้ไข ในขั้นตอน SIT และ UAT.
• สรุปผลการทดสอบ SIT และประสานงานจัดทำ User Sign-Off สำหรับการทดสอบ UAT.
• สนับสนุนและควบคุมคุณภาพในการทดสอบระบบ โดยการทำ Auto Simulation Application Test และ ประสานงานเพื่อติดตามแก้ไขปัญหาของระบบงานในความดูแล.
• ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่นใดตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย.
