Production Quality Advanced Engineer
atAutoliv (Thailand) Co., Ltd.- Support problem-solving activities for customer and internal quality concerns
- Follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Support in-process quality control activities according to customer requirements.
- Coordinate disposition and hold of suspect products.
- Conduct quality audits and inspections.
- Support process release activities during trial production or engineering changes.
- Participate in PFMEA Go, See & Fix activities.
- Support SPC implementation and MSA activities.
- Coordinate with internal suppliers regarding quality concerns.
- Support customer claim containment activities.
- Support internal, customer, and third-party audits.
- Prepare monthly quality reports and data analysis.
- Coordinate with related departments for quality improvement activities.
- Maintain 5S and comply with company standards and policies.
- Perform other assignments as assigned by supervisor.
