About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Trader – Derivatives Product (Block Trade & Structured Note) to join our team. This role is central to managing block trade transactions, developing pricing strategies for structured notes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will combine trading expertise with strong technical skills to drive profitability and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Execute and manage block trade transactions with precision and efficiency.

• Develop and implement pricing models for structured notes, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.

• Monitor market trends, liquidity, and trading opportunities to maximize returns.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.

• Collaborate with sales, research, and risk management teams to support business growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related field.

• For Manager Level: Minimum 5–7 years of trading experience, with a strong background in block trades and structured notes.

• For Junior Level: Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in trading, derivatives, or structured products; fresh graduates with strong academic background may also be considered.

• Proven track record in managing transactions and delivering results (Manager) or strong potential and eagerness to learn (Junior).

• Strong analytical skills, market knowledge, and risk management expertise.

• Hands-on experience in VBA and Python programming for pricing, modeling, and automation is an advantage.

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and decision-making abilities.

• Hold IC Complex 1.
