What you can expect

Our APAC Management Trainee Program, also known as LEAP - LEaders Acceleration Program, is a 24-month development journey built to help you grow quickly and confidently.

Through the programme, you will receive:

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete online assessments, followed by case study assessment centre and panel interview.

The employment start date will be early 2027.
