• Accountable for the Total Business Technology Solutions across Business Operations

• Demonstrated ability as a workstream lead with comprehensive experience and knowledge of application-based solutions with proficiency in end-to end integration across functional modules integrated with SAP S4HANA & Non SAP application/ Warehouse Management System (WMS)/Transportation Management System(TMS)/ Big Data platform/Process Automation (RPA)/ AI.

• Ability to develop, implement and support complex business processes in an application able to transform and drive result for the "Best Fits / Best Practice" technical solutionsใ

• Identifies / implements continuous improvement opportunities and governance in application Security IT General Controls to drive process efficiencies as well as SDLC Methodology.

• Continuous develop Services Metrics to monitor and measure demand and performance against SLAs with regular business platforms to key management.

• To design, develop dashboards to support business with fully focus business actionable, improve & simplify user experience through license data security management

• Solid LLM-based and Generative AI solutions, successfully guiding projects from initial proof-of-concept and prototyping through to production.

• Integrate Agentic AI, automated systems, and enterprise AI performance optimization tools (including vector search and agent-based solutions) with existing platforms.

• Co-create innovative AI service solutions in close collaboration with Business, IT, and Data teams to drive real-world implementation.

• To support ad-hoc reports/analytics to department heads in close cooperation with stakeholder

• Summarize insights, present progress to management, and continuously refine use cases for ongoing improvement.

• Ideas and initiatives to improve business

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering , Computer Science or related fields

• Minimum 10 years of concrete experience in Non-SAP Applications/Process Automation/AI integration with SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA, or similar experience and capacity in advisory or technology consulting workspace as Business Solution Manager role

• Solid proven hands on experience with identifying and addressing business needs & business transformation and/or coordinating and simplify the complex written and verbal materials solutions platform is essential

• Business acumen and proven experience in Total Value-Chain of Foods Services, FMCG ,manufacturing as well as proven experience with managing System Integration-SI partners will be advantage

• Demonstrated leadership and strong project management skills in applying techniques to deliver actionable projects to enable business

• In-depth understanding of SDLC delivery methodology and lead teams in the implementation of the solution according to the design and architecture

• Demonstrated experience in Data Analytic/ AI/ GenAI/ Agentic AI apply in business

• Energetic with Strong attention to detail and quality/accuracy of deliverables, preferring outcomes over outputs.

• Exceptional written, verbal and presentation communication skills
