• Plan the Content Calendar to align with the marketing and promotion plans.
• Think of content concepts, themes, and tones that are relevant to the target audience on each platform.
• Direct and create content including images, videos, and infographics to communicate clearly and stimulate sales.
• Create Call-to-Actions that connect to sales channels such as shopping carts or E-commerce.
• Analyze the results of the content and continuously improve the strategy.
• Coordinate with the graphic team, sales team, and advertising team to move in the same direction.
• Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts, Marketing, Digital Media or related fields.
• Have at least 1-3 years of experience working in Content Marketing, Social Media, Digital Marketing.
• Understand online consumer behavior, beauty/health trends and Conversion Marketing.
• Have a portfolio of real content for consideration.
• Creative, good at analyzing, working systematically and communicating well with the team.
• Love beauty or have a special interest in lifestyle products.
