Job Summary:

This position is accountable in respect of "Engineering and Technical services" in the areas of Thermal & Renewable power projects.

a.) Operating assets: Technical Implementing, monitoring, analysis, ensuring the business performance within internal BP & BPP cross functional collaboration.

b.) M&A: Provide the service of Engineering & Technical due diligence/evaluation.

c.) Construction project: Negotiate, Manage EPC contract and all related Construction Management works.

Responsibilities:

Review and provide engineering advisory in the project engineering, construction and commissioning phases base on individual and area of expertise.

Engineering consultation for Company's Power Projects improvement in both efficiency and reliability (Plant and equipment) especially to technical problem or issue that impacts return/dividend to the company.

Conducting Power Projects performance evaluation and result analysis for improvement opportunity.

Providing engineering expertise in New Power Projects to match Company's growth strategic (Feasibility study, Technical advisor/coordinator, Conceptual design, Bidding process support, Technical Due-diligence).

Organizing high quality "Engineering and Technical services" in rapidly changing priorities and requirements of the Company and Subsidiaries.

Managing power business data and information management inside the organization encourages the Company's sustainable Knowledge Management process and system.

Qualifications:

Education

Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience

Having 5-10 years in Power plant Engineering / Commissioning / Project development / O&M.

Having 3-5 years in Management level.

Having solid background in individual field of study.

Basic knowledge in Project finance and economics.
