Role & Responsibility

• Collect, analyze, and interpret business data from internal and external sources to provide insights that support organizational strategies
• Monitor business trends, customer behavior, and market movements to identify opportunities for business analysis
• Develop strategic presentations in PowerPoint that meet organizational standards
• Prepare accurate and high-quality analytical reports using Power BI and Excel
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze information, and strategic plans
• Arrange meetings, communicate key agendas to participants, and deliver clear and concise minutes of meeting

Job Specification

• Male/Female, age 28–33 years.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, or other related fields.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Development, or Sales Strategy

Key Competencies

• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Ability to analyze data and present findings in a clear, easy-to-understand manner.
• Proficiency in preparing professional presentations with PowerPoint.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Knowledge or experience in Data Visualization and Power BI will be an advantage.
• Strong coordination skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams
