Logistics Trade Compliance Program Manager

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience managing customs, trade compliance and supply chain operations.
- 5 years of experience working with, supervising, and managing third-party logistics relationships.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, both domestic and international.
- Experience in achieving results, with a flexible, hardworking, and collaborative approach to team dynamics and motivation.
- Excellent Customs and International Trade background.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with decision making abilities.

Global Cloud Organization (GCO) is responsible for warehousing, Data Center and Cloud Deployment support, transportation and compliance. Logistics can assist if you need equipment picked up, shipped, stored or delivered.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the supervision of day-to-day import/export activities to ensure shipments are in compliance.
- Work closely with business units to identify compliance risks and requirements for planned shipments to, from and within the APAC region.
- Partner with Trade Legal to respond to Customs queries and related matters, demonstrate working knowledge of other government agencies.
- Work closely with cross-functional team members to coordinate compliant export and import practices across the region. Provide guidance and training to business units and internal customers on fundamentals of compliance with applicable Import and Export controls.
- Identify shipments requiring permits and obtain permits when needed, and assist in managing compliance with the conditions and requirements of goods export permits, including export declarations. Vendor and Broker Management.
