We are seeking a proactive and passionate Talent Acquisition professional to drive end-to-end recruitment for Wealth Banking and other key roles within Retail Banking. You will partner closely with business leaders to identify, attract, and hire top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience and supporting the bank's strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Wealth Banking and Retail Banking positions, from requisition to onboarding.

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and recruitment strategies.

Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and networking.

Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure the best talent fit.

Coordinate interview processes and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.

Provide market insights, talent mapping, and salary benchmarking to support hiring decisions.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and future hiring needs.

Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and networking events.

Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare reports on hiring performance, time-to-fill, and sourcing effectiveness.

Ensure recruitment activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within banking or financial services.

Experience recruiting Wealth Banking, Retail Banking, Sales, or Customer Relationship roles is an advantage.

Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other recruitment platforms.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple hiring projects in a fast-paced environment.

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ATS or HRIS is preferred.

Good command of English.
