Job Description

1.Support lending system operations: Monitor and resolve issues related to lending processes such as loan approval, payment, and account closure.

2.Collaborate with development team (Dev): Work closely with developers to communicate technical issues and suggest system improvements.

3.Gather and analyze business requirements (BA role): Collect, analyze, and document business requirements from users and business units to effectively communicate with the development team.

4.Assist in system testing (UAT): Support system testing alongside developers and end-users to ensure the delivered solution meets business needs.

5.Prepare reports and related documentation: Generate reports on loan status, payment records, and other operational documents supporting lending activities.

6.Provide consultation and user support: Act as the main point of contact for users to answer questions and resolve system issues, both internally and for customers.

7.Monitor and evaluate system performance: Ensure the lending system operates efficiently and complies with bank policies.

8.Dev and support CDE Role

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.
• Knowledge of project management, including time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge and skills in computers, networking, software
• Basic understanding of internet security principles and data privacy.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, C#, and SQL.
• Ability to explain technical topics clearly to others, with effective communication skills and strong teamwork abilities.
• Good command of the English language.
