Job Description

(Strategy and New Business Initiatives)

• Conduct market and competitive analysis, industry research, and financial feasibility to support decision making and business development for digital platforms (Paotang, Tungngern and new platforms)
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, formulate strategy and business plan to drive new revenue streams and engage more customers by leveraging data analysis, market research, and user feedback
• Conduct and execute action plans, including marketing and features backlog; Manage and coordinate with related teams such as the Product owner, IT, Legal & Compliance to drive initiatives and deliver business results
• Monitor and evaluate performance of projects and business scope; identify improvement area and execute to close gaps
• Prepare and present business plan, analysis, and data insights to internal and external stakeholders, and management team

• 
  Acquire and maintain relationships with potential and existing partners, including negotiating commercial terms and contracts

  
  (Digital Product Management)

• Serve as the Project Manager for strategic initiatives, owning project plans, timelines, resources, and communication
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog and Translate product strategy into detailed requirements
• Collaborate with teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor progress, provide status updates, and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

• 3+ year of working experience as Strategy, Business development, business analysis, Product management or relevant experiences.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
• High self-driven, fast learning, ability to adopt to changes and abilities to work under pressure
• "Can-Do" attitude and "Growth-Mindset"
• Business acumen with a strategic mindset, focusing on driving growth and project success
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and dynamic environmentProduct Management is optional (PSPO or CSPO certificate is a plus)
