Jobs Description:

1. Understand customer data/insight and able to recommend offering/promotion, target group, key communication message and campaign mechanic
2. Design process and manage end to end campaign and customer journey
3. Coordinate with related parties for campaign target, offering/promotion, mechanic, communication message, artwork material etc.
4. Plan and manage campaign traffic across all channels
5. Ensure campaign communication effectiveness and select proper channel/media
6. Launch campaigns and ensure timeline and result to be achieved as planned
7. Ensure accuracy of campaign mechanic and communication before launching
8. Understand key measurement of digital marketing campaign, monitoring performance and able to take further steps for improvement

9. Summarize lesson learn and analyze campaign performanceacross channels
   

Jobs Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in, business administration, marketing, economics or related fields.
• Prior experience in marketing strategy, product, customer segment or CRM campaign
• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

• Have well-rounded knowledge in digital marketing, campaign management related to financial industry
