- The Legal Counsel for Sustainable Finance provides strategic legal support to ensure that the Bank’s sustainability-related financial products comply with applicable laws, international standards, and internal governance frameworks, This role plays a key part in promoting the responsible and transparent development of ESG product.

- Monitor and interpret sustainability and ESG-related regulations across jurisdictions.

Advise business and product teams on legal risk and regulatory implications of ESG-linked transactions and sustainable financial products.

- Provide legal guidance on sustainable finance instruments, including green bonds, sustainability-linked loans, and ESG derivatives.

- Collaborate with ESG, Risk, Compliance, and Strategy teams to ensure alignment with the Bank’s sustainability goals.

Qualification:

• At least 5-7 years legal background in commercial bank, financial institutions or ESG-related legal advisory.

• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating financial agreements, including green bonds, sustainability-linked loans, or ESG derivatives are a plus.

• English communication literacy both speaking and writing.

• Being ingenious, negotiation skills, be persuasive, excellent instant problem-solving skill.

• Prudent, carefully work with detail oriented.

• Lawyer License is a plus.
