Regulatory Compliance (VP)

- Serve as the Compliance SME for Environmental & Climate (E&C) and IECC matters, while providing guidance on other applicable regulatory requirements issued by the BOT, SEC, SET, OIC, NCB, and relevant authorities.
- Provide regulatory advisory and regulatory change support to ensure effective implementation of E&C/IECC and other regulatory requirements across the Bank and Group Companies.
- Support business units by providing regulatory updates, advice, and liaising with regulators to clarify requirements, mitigate compliance risks, and prevent regulatory breaches, findings, penalties, and reputational damage.
- Conduct compliance monitoring and risk oversight in E&C/IECC and other assigned regulatory areas, identify compliance gaps and emerging risks, and oversee remediation actions.
- Support regulatory engagement, governance reporting, training, and communication to promote regulatory awareness and strengthen the Bank's compliance culture.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Accounting.
- Experience in compliance for banks for at least 10 years.
- Experience in compliance team management for at least 5 years.
- Experience in managing relationship with regulators.
- Laws and regulations governing financial institutions, including requirements issued by the BOT, SEC, SET, OIC, and NCB.
- Environmental & Climate (E&C), sustainability, and climate risk management principles, including the BOT's IECC framework.
- Banking products, services, and business operations.
- Compliance risk management, regulatory change management, and compliance monitoring disciplines.
- Understanding of governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
