Merchant Payment Settlement Officer
atBank of Ayudhya PCL (Krungsri)Job Description & Responsibilities:
• Prepare daily Settlement funds transferred to /or from Visa, MasterCard, JCB, CUP/TPN, ITMX, Wechat/Alipay, AMEX.
• Prepare daily accounting entries post to FMS system.
• Prepare Tax documents (PND53, PP36, PND3, PT40, PP30) to submit Revenue Department within time frame.
• Post foreign currency transaction to DMS Collection data set to submit BOT within time frame.
• Prepare the adjustment transactions post to Visa Debit’s account.
• Prepare monthly Card Business Volume Report.
• Prepare all tax related card business are duly processed according to regulations and time frame.
• Ensure all reports in responsible areas are well prepared to meet agreed standards and time frame.
• Monitor accounting entry and daily/monthly reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting and policies.
• Perform UAT for related system enhancement.
• Develop, motivate and provide guidance, counseling and training to staff members.
• Handle other ad hoc projects/assignments as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any fields
- At least 1 year of experience in Single Payment Settlement, or related fields
- Knowledge of Financial and Banking business (if any)
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office - Word & Excel
- Customer service oriented

- Proactive, self-motivated and high responsibility
- Able to work in a team environment.
- Possess good service mind and patient.
- Able to work under pressure.
