Corporate Secretary
atBank of Ayudhya PCL (Krungsri)Job descriptions:
1. Prepare the meeting system and execute Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and shareholders meetings
2. Compile the agenda, verify information, and prepare supporting documents for the meetings
3. Organize data, convey resolutions after the meeting, and manage requests for copies of reports and resolutions
4. Other tasks within the scope of the company secretary duties
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any field
- 0- 3 years of experience
- Good command of English skills (comprehension, speaking, reading, writing,), Computer literate in Microsoft Office
- Well plan, Excellent service mind, Good coordination skills, Maintain confidentiality effectively
- Committed to being a part of a challenging team
- Logical and Creative thinking, prudent and work hard
7. Able to work under pressure situations as leader and player of the team
8. Able to support urgent and important requests outside of working hours if needed
