Job Description & Responsibilities:

· To assist for self-inspection of Operation checklist items, any preventive action on incident case, KRI action, frequency of reviewing each operational manual and etc.

· To assist for reviewing operational manuals in Operations Group including providing advisory for Operation issues and Procedures matter whenever there is any concern from counter party of each case.

· To check for the completion of compliance checklist in Operations Group.

· To support for PDCA for MTBP of Operations Group or any projects that will be assigned in Operations Group area.

· To assist for gathering all Operations weekly and monthly reports including Operations dashboard updated to Management.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in business administration management/finance/Economic

· Experience in Banking industry at least 3 years

· Computer literate in Microsoft Office - Word & Excel

· Customer service oriented

· Good command of English
