ASEAN Risk Management (VP-SVP)

atBank of Ayudhya PCL (Krungsri)


•To establish Risk Management policies – Credit Risk, Market Risk and Operational Risk to govern oversea subsidiaries and ensure that they are aligned with KS Group


•To provide consultation and advice to Risk teams in Oversea subsidiaries to ensure that KS Risk Management framework and policies are well adopted and implemented successfully


•To ensure proactive risk management across risk category to monitor comprehensive risk status of ASEAN businesses


•To support KS Chief Risk Officer on secretarial tasks for ASEAN Risk management Committee


•To coordinate and work closely with CRO at oversea subsidiaries for report/data preparation for KS management decision making


•To liaise and coordinate with relevant parties both local and oversea which involve with oversea subsidiaries Risk management


•To make recommendation on ASEAN risk management to KS top management



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Over 15 years of proven experience in risk management, with a focus on strategic planning and implementation.
  • In-depth knowledge of local and international regulations, with a strong commitment to ensuring compliance.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and technology to enhance risk management processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex risk concepts to diverse stakeholders.
