Project Architect
atClub 21 (Thailand) Co., Ltd.Role & Responsibilities :
The project executive will work as a project coordinator to translate principle, concept and requirement from designer and cooperate with supplier to construct and renovate shop operation. Coordinate with brand owners in order to meet the needs of that product. Evaluate and control expenses or costs.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in interior design
- Direct experience in project management throughout commercial space or retail stores at least 3 years
- Detail oriented and well organizing skill
- Knowledge of the Construction and interior design
- Ability to read Auto CAD in English
- Proficiency in CAD 3D, Illustrator, SketchUp, Photoshop or similar design software.
- Good in speaking and written English
- Time management, Complete job on time
- Validate and Solve problems with unexpected situation.
- Enthusiastic, able to work at night and work under pressure
